you don't even have a booking at this hotel and for the second, if you haven't payed us or send us your card details with proper
identification first, before we send you a copy of a prepayment that means that you have a false document, but also a legally bonding document from us, that you can use against us.
So you have to make a booking first and send us your cardpayment infomation to us first
so we have a saftey before we send you any kind of conformations or prepayment papers.

I need to explain. We are ready to book and to send you all details of our bank card. But we must be sure, that AFTER our booking Accorhotels.com will send us fax or PDF-file by e-mail with a confirmation of our payment and booking with stamp and signature.
We can book only after we know, that Ibis Kista hotel will send us such a confirmation.

If you make a reservation via our website accorhotels.com or ibishotel.com you will automatically be able to print a confirmation to show the Swedish embassy. If you choose to make the reservation on a Hot Deal or Happy 30 offer prepayment is required. Our routine is still to charge a card during check-in, but we can certainly charge the card immediately when receiving the reservation and fax/e-mail the receipt to you.
Please notify me when you make your reservation and I will make sure you get the appropriate documents at hand.
